• The delivery

Deliveries are made in France and abroad. All our deliveries are made in a closed package that does not reveal any logo of the Minuit-treize brand. The products are delivered to the address indicated during the order. Please note: check the address provided before validating your order. Any package returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at your expense.

The delivery costs will be indicated to you before any payment. All orders placed over the weekend will generally be processed on Monday morning. The delivery time does not include the order preparation time (which is on average 24 hours). However, the delivery time does not constitute an exact time and Minuit Treize cannot be held liable in the event of a supplier's stock shortage or delay in delivery, in particular in the event of a delay by the carrier. Upon receipt of his package, the customer has the duty to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the products he receives following his order. If the items have been damaged, you must absolutely refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery note. You must then confirm your reservations to the carrier by registered mail within two working days of receipt of the package.

Orders can be delivered by Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay.

• Right to retract

In accordance with the legislation in force, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days (from the date of receipt) to request an exchange or refund of the order (excluding custom-made products) and return the products to us without justification. . Return costs will be borne by the customer.
The return package must contain:

• The product returned intact and complete (unworn, unused and in its original packaging, blister intact, unopened)
• The order invoice
• Indicate whether you want a credit note or a refund on the invoice

Minuit Treize reserves the right to refuse your return if these conditions are not met.

• Warranties

All products supplied by Minuit Treize benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code allowing you to return defective items.
In addition, specific guarantees are applicable to certain ranges and brands of products:
Minuit Treize, LELO, Je Joue, Fifty Shades of Grey, Tenga brand products benefit from a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
You can request your return label. Please note, in the event of misuse of a prepaid return label, Minuit Treize reserves the right to reduce the amount of the credit note or refund a lump sum of €4.90 corresponding to the return costs for which it should have paid.
